A) Registration Stage

B) Planning Stage

With the information provide and furnished at Registration stage, one of our project managers/designers will respond and contact you within one business day to understand and to obtain further inputs from you about your preference, requirements, and needs of the project, which may be done over the phone and/or face-to-face meeting depending on your convenience and availability.

At this stage, we may need to visit the project site to assess existing layout and perform some basic measurements.

C) Confirmation Stage

Based on the information collected at Plan stage, our design team will create and develop 3 proposed layout/floor plans for your consideration, revision, and selection.

Upon your selection of the proposed layout, a quotation delineates the proposed items will be prepared and presented to you for review and confirmation.

D) Design Stage

At this stage, our design and project teams will be pulled together to develop and churn out the detailed design drawings including 3D rendering for selected functional areas, and detailed layout and elevation plans for each functional areas, and M&E plans and documents. submission to respective authorities and Building Management for review and approval.

E) Build Stage

With approvals obtained from respective parties, our project management and construction team will immediately kick start the building and construction activities according to the agreed layout design and planned project schedule, till teh completion and hand over stage.
