MEPO Project Sales Team will follow up and work closely with our client to understand and size up the scope the your project in detail, particularly for those keys functional requirements, once we receive the registration. Information and requirements captured will be channelled and input to Design Team for initial design layout.
Based on the selected initial layout plan, a formal proposal will be prepared and presented to our customer for review and confirmation.

DESIGN TEAM mainly dedicates and focuses on the best possible design concept and layouts for the project with consideration on the inputs and requirements captured at initial stage. Three proposed design concepts and layouts will be created and made ready to customer for review, comment, and selection.
Detail Design Team is responsible for the detailed layout designs and plans, including 3D rendering for selected functional areas. And, relevant documents and drawings for submission to respective authorities and parties for approval will be compiled and prepared prior to the commencement of the contraction phase.

CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Upon receipt of the relevant approval(s) from respective authorities and building management consultants for the proposed layout and plans, the Construction team will pull together the relevant resources and team members for construction and installation, and kick start the construction work according to the planned project and delivery schedule, till the completion and hand-over stage.
